Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to further develop and implement occupational safety policies and programs.
  • You are advising throughout Climeworks on a broad range of occupational safety topics (for example, noise, hazardous substances, machine safety).
  • You conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
  • You inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify possible issues or non-conformities by completing audits at location.
  • You support the investigation of relevant near misses and incidents which cause injury and implement countermeasures.
  • You conduct industry standard trainings and create training modules to train all Climeworkers on occupational safety topics.

Your story

Requirements
  • You are a qualified safety practitioner in Switzerland or equivalent. Additional compliance specific certificates or accreditations such as ISO 45001 are a plus.
  • You have 3-5 years professional work experience in a similar role.
  • You have extensive knowledge in a broad range of safety topics and bring experience in designing and implementing safety processes and frameworks.
  • You lead by example, are an excellent listener and have good communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English and willing to travel for your mission.
