We develop, build and operate direct air capture (DAC) machines which capture CO₂ directly from the air. The captured carbon dioxide can either be recycled and reused as a raw material or completely removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently.

Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to support the supply chain team with various purchase orders analytics and cost analysis.
  • You are responsible to prepare a reference calculation for one of our master components.
  • You support the project purchasing team with various activities for a successful procurement of prototype plants.
  • You help to monitor the flow of goods (supply items) to our key manufacturer for the next milestone project.
  • You support with market researches and sourcing activities for several categories.

Your story

  • You are motivated to complete a 6-month internship with us. The internship starts February/March 2023.
  • You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering (or equivalent).
  • You are creative, reliable, willing to perform and have a structured working style.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, as well as independently.
  • You have the ability to work with unknown or lacking information, bringing high flexibility and/or adaptability.
  • Good english skills and due to frequent customer contact, good knowledge of German is also required.
