Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to represent the IT Support organization for the US area and provide support activities for the workplace & cloud environment according to our high standards.
  • You provide end user support for hardware and software type of incidents as 1st/2nd level agent.
  • You organize and prepare equipment (laptops and peripherals) for new joiners in the US and Canada.
  • You maintain the incident backlog for worldwide based employees.
  • You escalate 3rd level support tickets to vendors/partners (e.g. hardware defects).
  • You act as interface to the US parts of the business units and represent the IT organization on the country.
  • You maintain asset management database for US/Canada-based IT equipment.

Your story

Requirements
  • University or junior college education.
  • Microsoft certified professional.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of IT support activities.
  • Solid experience working with ticket and request management tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Excellent know-how of Windows 10/11.
  • Good understanding of network and connectivity technologies.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Teams including Telephony.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Intune including software distribution and autopilot deployments.
  • Very good know-how for Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory and synchronization to AAD/Entra.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good organization and task management skills.
  • Management of external parties (contractors).
  • Ability to work in a virtual team (and work alone) with limited IT colleagues locally available.
  • Fast-paced learner.
  • English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
