Your mission

Job description

  • Your role: In this internship, you will support the Program Manager in our Technology Unit in driving cross-functional programs that span from early-stage R&D (TRL 1–4) to scale-up (TRL 4–7) projects. These programs cover multiple generations of technology (from current solutions to emerging innovations) focused on delivering advanced filter materials that capture CO₂ directly from ambient air.

  • Project execution: You will help ensure execution of programs’ objectives and key results (OKRs) together with the technical project leads and other stakeholders across different functions (Procurement, Delivery, Operations, Sustainability) and external partners.

  • Schedule management: You will ensure information accuracy in our collaborative planning software and propose improvements for visualization and tracking. You will also support in aligning testing infrastructure schedules with the Project Plans.

  • Budget & resource management: You will help Project Leads monitor and forecast budgets and properly allocate and prioritize resources throughout the project lifecycle; you will also help identify resource conflicts and propose solutions.

  • Inventory management: You will assist in consolidating material demands from different projects for R&D purposes and in managing existing stock; and you will propose solutions for streamlining the current process.

  • Reporting: You will coordinate with respective Project Leads in monitoring and reporting project progress, decision gates, challenges, status of external partnerships and financials.

  • Documentation: You will organize and streamline documentation systems in the different programs for better accessibility.

  • Continual improvement: You will help facilitate light retrospective and lessons learned workshops and their documentation.

  • Work ethic & mindset: You are curious, proactive, and most importantly, a DOER: you take initiative, follow through, and make things happen. You are open to mentorship, ready to absorb knowledge, and excited to grow in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment, where failing fast and learning fast is part of the journey.

  • Technical proficiency: You are tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and are willing to learn new software tools.
