Your mission
Job description
Requirements Engineering: You support the creation, documentation, and management of traceable requirements for various subsystems in our next-generation DAC development projects.
Software Transition: You assist in the migration of requirements and engineering data from one software to another, ensuring data integrity and process continuity.
Process Optimization: You collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows and enhance documentation practices during the software transition.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You work closely with subsystem leads and engineers to gather input, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across teams.
Continuous Improvement: You contribute ideas for improving requirements management and software integration processes, leveraging feedback and best practices.
Your story
Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with requirements engineering, system design processes, and documentation practices. Experience with Valispace, Codebeamer, or similar platforms is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex technical information.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
Motivation: Passion for sustainability and climate change mitigation; eager to contribute to impactful projects.
Availability: You are available to start in February 1st or March 1st, 2026.

What we offer:
At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:
During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month
After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
