Your mission

Job description

The business process analyst ensures the effective and efficient collaboration by defining and deploying the well operating Climeworks management system. 


Build and maintain documentation of integrated management system in Q.wiki

  • Review content and request changes
  • Provide user training
  • Formally release documents 
  • Ensure that guiding principles and content design guideline are enforced
  • Act as first level support for all questions regarding Q.wiki


Support business process owners in documenting and optimizing their processes and related documentation

  • Provide content owner training
  • Analyze and model business processes
  • Conduct business process improvement workshops
  • Support content owner


Internal auditing

  • Define and maintain internal ISO 9001 audit plan
  • Conduct and document audits
  • Follow-up on measures resulting from audits

Your story

Requirements
  • B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Economy or Engineering or related disciplines
  • Entry-level or 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Project management training a plus
  • Ability to coordinate within cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communicator and excellent team player
  • Excellent workshop presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office - Knowledge in Management Systems a plus
  • Excellent organization and tracking systems skills
  • Eager to learn and be involved
  • Open-minded
