Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation equipment at the manufacturing plant.
  • You will supervise the assembly team, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project documentation, as well as to Climeworks and/or applicable standards.
  • You ensure that all work is completed within established project timelines, and that any delays are promptly addressed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all work performed and preparing reports as necessary.
  • You also ensure implementation of engineering changes in coordination with engineering teams.
  • You provide input into weekly product management reports.

Your story

Requirements
  • You completed a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or in a related field.
  • You have at least 10 years experience in E&I related manufacturing supervision roles and you have knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations as well as thorough knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction Quality and with E&I Systems.
  • You have a strong understanding of shop floor management and experience working in at least one process engineering industry (refining, chemical, petrochemical facilities and/or renewables industries) as an Owner or Owner representative during Construction, Commissioning and Start-up.
  • You gained knowledge of up-to-date assembly line techniques and of wiring diagrams, terminal matrix, cable plans.
  • You also have gathered experience in participating in project risk and management of change design review sessions and with leading E&I assembly teams.
  • You are a highly organized person that has great interpersonal skills and can effectively work with cross-functional teams, and you can solve challenges during manufacturing and testing of machines.
  • You are a promoter of open communication; have excellent problem-solving skills and you can think critically and stay calm while taking charge in critical situations.
  • You are business fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
