We develop, build and operate direct air capture (DAC) machines which capture CO₂ directly from the air. The captured carbon dioxide is removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently.

Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to lead the learning & development center of expertise, with a particular emphasis on developing leaders and internal trainings.
  • You assess the organization's learning needs and create learning and development programs tailored to Climeworks as part of the Climeworks Academy.
  • You plan, oversee, and implement all training programs, Climeworks’ Leadership Onboarding and Leadership Development Program.
  • You measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and derive recommendations for future learning and development programs.
  • You support talent management and succession planning, taking charge of L&D programs and initiatives involving internal and external trainers.
  • You review, improve, and manage global end-to-end L&D processes, policies, and platforms.
  • You are responsible for budget, reporting and supplier management.

Your story

Requirements
  • You completed a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, - Business Administration or a related field of study.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience as an L&D specialist (experience in a scale-up environment is a plus).
  • You demonstrated experience in delivering leadership training and in developing learning content.
  • You have strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders, employees, and vendors.
  • You also have excellent presentation and project management skills, preferably proven in a international environment.
  • You have the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • You are proficient in English & German.
