Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts that help monitor a quickly growing organization.

  • On a monthly basis, you will support in providing insightful and accurate financial reports to the executive team and key decision makers.

  • You will assist the team in the budget cycle through preparation of templates, collaboration with business functions, and collection of inputs that form financial plans.

  • You contribute to successfully delivering various operational tasks within the FP&A mandate.

Your story

Requirements
  • You are motivated to join us for 6-12 months (Start in August/September).

  • You have completed or are close to completing a master's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.

  • Previous work experience in finance (corporate or startup) is a plus.

  • You are curious about new technologies and working in the finance department of a growing scale-up that strives for global market-leadership in an emerging industry.

  • You have a good understanding of finance concepts and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You are fluent in English – German knowledge is a plus.

What we offer:

At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:

  • During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month

  • After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
