Climeworks removes CO₂ from the air to fight global warming and protect future generations to come.

We develop, build and operate direct air capture (DAC) machines which capture CO₂ directly from the air. The captured carbon dioxide can either be recycled and reused as a raw material or completely removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently.

Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to support the People & Culture team on various learning initiatives and people processes across the Climeworker lifecycle.
  • You coordinate the monthly onboarding program with internal trainers to ensure smooth participation of new joiners.
  • You support with the logistical planning of trainings, e.g. you help coordinate schedules, prepare communication, send participation lists, etc.
  • You answer questions in the training inbox, track training attendance and provide training analytics.
  • You support the People Operations team with various administrative topics around our People processes to ensure a great employee experience.
  • You work closely with our L&D Specialist as well as the People Operations team.

Your story

  • You are working on a degree in business administration, psychology, or any related discipline.
  • You are available 2-3 days per week with start date February 2023.
  • You have initial work experience and are at ease with the MS Office suite.
  • You are eager to learn about People topics and like working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy planning, are well organized and have a good sense for details.
  • You are a team player and ready to help if needed.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
