Hybrid work model

At Climeworks, we understand the importance of flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration. That’s why we offer up to 40% working remotely. We provide flexible hours, have the option to take a sabbatical and work within the EU/EFTA up to 4 weeks per year.

If it’s a good fit, you’ll advance to a panel interview with a role-specific case study. This is your chance to showcase your skills and tackle real-world tasks. You’ll present your approach to key stakeholders and experience our collaborative work environment firsthand.

Decision and offer

And that’s a wrap! We will take time to align internally on a final decision and if we’re a match, we will make it official and welcome you on board! If not, we will thank you for your time and provide constructive feedback.
