Climeworks removes CO₂ from the air to fight global warming and protect future generations to come.

We develop, build and operate direct air capture (DAC) machines which capture CO₂ directly from the air. The captured carbon dioxide is removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently.

Founded in 2009 by engineers, Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher, Climeworks was built with a mission to inspire 1 billion people to remove CO₂ from the air, and is now spearheading the DAC industry globally. It has the world’s largest DAC facility and storage installation in operation and a team of over 300 Climeworkers determined to contribute to a net-zero future.

Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission is to build scalable sales processes and support the commercial organization with data driven insights.
  • You own our Sales Playbook as well as our Sales Cadence approach and continuously drive improvements in our outreach strategy.
  • You analyze existing structures and elevate outcomes through continuous improvements.
  • You analyze processes, and fill gaps with new structures.
  • You define and implement sales KPIs and support the commercial strategy with data driven insights.

Your story

Requirements
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a translatable field; the salesforce certifications would be a big plus.
  • You bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You have gained experience in Salesforce, process optimization and sales or revenue operations.
  • You have proven practical understanding in data analysis.
  • You are adept at creating a sales playbook.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and you can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
