We develop, build and operate direct air capture (DAC) machines which capture CO₂ directly from the air. The captured carbon dioxide is removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently.

Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission is to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard and complies with all safety and quality regulations.
  • You are responsible for minimizing downtime and disruptions to plant operations caused by equipment failures during the warranty period of our Collector Assemblies.
  • You are designated for maintaining a high level of equipment reliability through designing proper maintenance practices during the warranty period of our Collector Assemblies.
  • You are accountable for keeping detailed records of all maintenance activities, including what was done, the resources used, and the time taken.
  • You are entrusted with preparing reports on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and any incidents that occur, providing these to senior management and relevant departments.
  • You are responsible for enabling informed decision-making through comprehensive and clear reporting to plant operations.
  • You are accountable for establishing and enforcing quality control measures, implementing the quality management system, and monitoring SOPs and processes to meet or exceed quality standards for the repair and upgrade jobs assigned.
  • You are tasked with coordinating with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers to manage repair projects and maintenance tasks effectively during the warranty period of CAs.
  • You are responsible for initiating and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and internal teams to foster cooperation and smooth operations.

Your story

Requirements
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • You have proven experience in plant operations under a leading service role.
  • You possess at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in plant operations, commissioning, field service, maintenance, or engineering roles with increasing responsibility, which includes direct management of projects, teams, and significant budgets.
  • You have a strong understanding of Inspection & Test Planning. On top, you gathered experience participating in project risk, lessons learned, schedule, and management of change.
  • You have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You gained a profound understanding of service KPIs and developing action plans to drive results.
  • You have a strong background in collaboration with engineering and maintenance and you’re a leader who’s strong in developing technical and motivated teams.
  • You demonstrate strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm while taking charge in critical situations.
  • You are business fluent in English.
  • You are willing to travel up to 70%.
